1. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods offered at checkout.

2. Shipping
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days and usually faster! We ship via trusted carriers, and tracking is provided once your order is on its way. Because our products are handmade and fragile, we take extra care in packaging. Please double-check your shipping address, as we’re not responsible for items lost due to incorrect info.

3. Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll do our best to make it right.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. As 100% of our proceeds go to puppy rescue organizations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and support of our mission!

5. Donations Disclaimer
All net proceeds from purchases go directly to support dog rescue efforts. We are committed to transparency and can provide additional information about our partner rescue organizations upon request.

6. Product Safety
Never leave burning candles unattended. Always place them on a heat-safe surface, away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Our products are for decorative and aromatic use only.
