We carefully pack each candle by hand to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Orders are processed within 7-10 business days, and we ship via trusted carriers with tracking included.

Because our products are fragile, we take extra care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
